I just returned from an amazing 3-night stay where the food blew me away, especially the delicious Indian vegetarian options. the pool bar was fantastic for quick snacks by the water. The cleanliness was impressive, and my room had a great view of the pool that was just like the photos!

Great Family Getaway With Room for Improvement

We had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the large pool and the friendly animation team! Remember to bring a refillable bottle. water is scarce! The snack bar served tasty nuggets, but the main dining options need to be hotter. A few more staff during peak times would make a big difference.

I stayed in a Twin Room with a pool view for 7 nights, and it was really nice! The room was spacious and super clean with a comfy bed. I loved the big balcony where I could chill and enjoy the view. The air conditioning worked well. There was a little noise at times from the hallway, but nothing too bothersome. Overall, a solid room experience.

The only downside was occasionally hearing doors shut in the morning, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. Definitely try out the delicious wraps at the pool bar when you visit! 😊

The staff’s recommendations led us to some scrumptious local eateries nearby, like The Mess Deck and 7 Machos.

But for a 4-star joint, some essentials were a miss! No tea or coffee in the room, and you had to pay for extras like bottled water and towels—practically a small crime under the all-inclusive banner! It felt like a scrooge mindset instead of a luxury getaway.

Excellent place with its 24-hour reception, seasonal outdoor pool, and lovely restaurant. I fondly remember how the staff helped my elderly parents during our first stay with their sweet attitude. I recommend enjoying the poolside snack bar! I'm always coming back for a city break.
